Shipping Policy


*Note- When ordering, due to processing costs, an order fee of $5.00 will be added to all orders under $50.00*

When will my order be shipped?

Orders for items that are In-Stock will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt order.

Where do you ship to?

At this time, we only ship within the United States except for Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship overseas.

What other costs are involved?

An order fee of $10.00 will be added to all orders under $200.00. Any large quantities or bulk items will have increased shipping charges. You will be notified of any additional shipping charges before we ship your product.

Return Policy

Returning a product to is simple. First, make sure you have all of your information in front of you, (order number, item number, invoice), then contact our supplies department at 866-604-3677 and ask for an RMA. Our returns department will then issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and will explain how to send the product back to us.

Returns will not be accepted without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and must be sent back in original packaging. The item(s) needs to be returned within (30) days following the shipment date of the order from Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

RMA Numbers are valid for a period of 15 days from date of issue. Products not received by the Return Center within 15 days may become ineligible for credit.

Returning Defective Merchandise – Every item we sell comes with our “Guarantee Against Defects” Policy. If a product is defective, please contact us at 866-604-3677 to verify the defect. Upon verification, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that will be valid for 15 days. Shipping and handling charges will only be refundable for defective products.

Returning Non-Defective Merchandise – A 15% restocking fee will apply on all Non-Defective Merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable on Non-Defective Products.
